Howard is lead practitioner at Frome Media Arts and has almost 20 years professional experience as a community arts and education practitioner and facilitator.

As a prolific independent filmmaker, animator, illustrator, musician and performer, his distinctive work often has socially engaged themes and features playful use of live action/animation techniques.

 

Commissioned works include award winning theatrical multimedia, VideoPoetry, music videos and multiple collaborations with education, activism, arts and community organisations.

 

Howard lives in Somerset England with his part-human, part-animal family.
